About

Once upon a time, there was a boy from Hamingen. In this tiny village, home to only twenty three inhabitants, he developed a peculiar view of the world. The villagers had little time to tell him about the wider world beyond. So he went out to discover it himself, carrying a small piece of his village along the way. With the kind of determination you need when you come from Hamingen, he now explores the big city.

With imagination and craftsmanship, Jonathan Doorduin expresses his autonomous vision through art and design. From language to music, from print to animation, he has made these disciplines his own. He continuously shapes himself, keeps questioning and exploring, sometimes freely and sometimes in service of society, but above all with joy. And so, he has everything he needs to live happily ever after.
